Armenia’s pioneering tour operators. In 2014, the company was rebranded to
encompass both inbound and outbound tourism, further strengthening its reputation as a reliable travel agency and business partner.

With over three decades of expertise, Best Tour continues to provide exceptional
services, earning the trust of clients and industry partners alike.

Additionally, we collaborate with over 50 sub-agents across Armenia, ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our customers.

Over the years, Best Tour has served as a General Sales Agent (GSA), Appointed Agent, Cargo Agent, and Airport Representative for several airlines, including Kuban Airlines, Kavminvody Avia, Nijegorodskie Avialinii, Armenian International Airways, Air Arabia, Polet Airlines, and more.
Currently, Best Tour LLC proudly operates as a Sales Agent, Cargo Agent, and Airport Representative for airlines such as Kazakhstan’s SCAT Airlines and Sri Lanka’s Fits Air, among others. Our services for these companies include ticket sales, airport representation, air tax processing, marketing, and promotional activities.

Since 1998, Best Tour has been offering a variety of outgoing and incoming tour
packages.
OUTGOING: Our main destinations include the UAE, Egypt, Italy, Spain,
Greece, France, Southeast Asia, the Gulf Region, CIS countries, and the
European Union.
INCOMING: We welcome tourists from the Gulf Region, India, the Middle
East, CIS countries, the USA, Europe, and beyond.

Our services include visa assistance, meet-and-greet arrangements, and travel
insurance support. We offer direct and discounted rates at leading hotels in Armenia and provide a fleet of tourist ground transportation. Our qualified
multilingual guides ensure an exceptional experience, with a range of ready-made
tour packages or fully customizable vacation plans. Best Tour is accredited with
major foreign embassies in Armenia, ensuring smooth operations for all clients.

Our staff are fluent in multiple languages and skilled in utilizing top reservation systems like Amadeus, Sabre, Gabriel, Sirena, and AccelAero.

We offer booking and ticketing services for all airlines operating in and out
of Armenia, with interline, BSP, and other solutions available as needed.

In 2024 alone, our own sales shops issued over 68,000 tickets, while our
sub-agency network handled more than 140,000 tickets.

We serve a wide base of corporate clients, providing comprehensive travel
arrangements tailored to their needs.

Best Tour provides airport representation and customer services on behalf of
partner airlines.

  • Services include flight, baggage, and cargo handling; check-in and boarding supervision; ground handling; fueling assistance; and cargo and baggage loading and unloading oversight.
  • We manage lost baggage claims and customer care, ensuring complete
    satisfaction for passengers.
  • Additionally, we act as the representative of partner airlines in dealings with the airport.

COMPREHENSIVE LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS

Our Cargo Department plays a pivotal role in air and ground freight
transportation.

  • Serves as a Cargo GSA for various air transporters
  • Acts as an Active Cargo Agent, facilitating shipments via air and ground
    transport, including transit destinations
  • Successfully transported over 400 tons of air cargo in 2024
  • Maintains direct partnerships with leading Armenian import/export
    companies
  • Provides transit cargo shipping via EVN, MOW, DXB, SHJ
  • Establishes direct connections with ground cargo operators in and out of
    Armenia
  • Organizes cargo transportation via Georgia
  • Offers warehousing, brokerage, and customs assistance in Armenia
